Man Exposes Himself to Teen Walking Home From School

The teen told police she was walking home from school when the man started following her in his car.

According to reports from the Norristown Police Department, an 18-year-old female student reported that she was followed by a man driving a green SUV when she was walking home from school on Monday, and the man allegedly exposed himself to her.

The victim was reportedly walking in the area of Brown Street near Markley Street at approximately 2:20 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 22, when a green SUV-style vehicle pulled alongside her and the driver, described as a black male between 25 and 35 years old, called out to her. The victim told police she ignored him and turned onto Park Alley walking north.

The man reportedly continue following the teen through the alley and again pulled along side her, this time asking for directions to Main Street. The victim reportedly gave him directions and walked away from the car. The man reportedly pulled alongside her again and this time allegedly had his penis out of his pants and said, "Do you like that?" The victim reportedly said, "No." and continued walking away from the car.

The victim reported that the man continued to follow her asking he if she "liked it," but eventually continued on through the alley to West Roberts Street, where she lost sight of the vehicle. The victim noted the car had a rectangular "Baby on Board" sign in the rear window.
