Man Sentenced for Photographing Indecent Assault of Norristown Woman

Jason Williams, of Philadelphia, pleaded guilty to touching a Norristown woman's genitals with his penis as she slept and photographing the assault.

A Philadelphia man may spend almost two years in county jail after pleading guilty to taking indecent photos of a woman as she slept in a Norristown apartment last year.

The Times Herald reports that Jason Camar Williams, 38, is not allowed to have contact with his victim, who reportedly learned of the photographs after Williams boasted of them and showed them to others. The photos reportedly showed Williams's penis in contact with the victim's genitals.

Williams's photographic exploits caused him to violate his state parole in an earlier, unrelated matter. He is being held at SCI-Houtzville in Clearfield County while he awaits a parole violation hearing.
