Man Says He Shooed Away Juveniles Who Had BB Gun, Later His Vehicle Allegedly Damaged by BB, Police Say

He showed police his damaged vehicle window.

A Norristown man told police he had shooed away juveniles who had a BB gun from the area where he had parked his car, and later he found his vehicle window damaged and a BB was found inside, say police.

On Dec. 27 Norristown police went to the 600 block of West Lafayette Street to investigate a report about vandalism to a vehicle, according to a Norristown police report. The alleged victim told police that, around 10 p.m. on the evening before, he had told a group of juveniles to move away from the place where he had parked his vehicle near his residence.

He told police that one of the juveniles had a black BB gun. The man showed police that his driver’s side window was shattered. He showed police a BB that he had found inside of his vehicle.
