UPDATE: Father Charged With Homicide, Son With Conspiring to Dispose of the Body

Pennsylvania State Police on Friday, June 27, found a body wrapped in a tarp in Gibson Township, Susquehanna County. It was identified as a Plymouth Township man.

A father and son have been charged in connection with the murder and disposal of an elderly Montgomery County man, The Montgomery County District Attorney's Office announced Wednesday.

David St. Onge Sr. is charged with the third-degree murder of his father, Jack St. Onge, 88, of Plymouth Township, Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman said. David St. Onge Jr. is charged with conspiring with his father to dispose of Jack St. Onge's body.

Ferman said that Pennsylvania State Police on Friday, June 27, found a body wrapped in a tarp in Gibson Township, Susquehanna County.

The Susquehanna County Coroner's Office conducted an autopsy on Tuesday, July 1, Ferman said, and identified the body as Jack St. Onge's. The manner of death was ruled a homicide.

Plymouth Township Police identified Jack St. Onge's home, on the 3000 block of Arch Road in Plymouth Township, as the crime scene, the District Attorney's Office said.

David St. Onge Sr. admitted striking his father in the head, Ferman said. St. Onge Sr. also admitted to stealing items from his father's home.
