MontCo Man Charged With Sex Crimes Involving 7-Year-Old

Lee Enderle, of Spring City, is accused of various crimes against a child that allegedly occurred on or around Aug 12.

Lee Enderle of Spring City had his preliminary arraignment this morning at the Phoenixville District Court after Spring City police arrested him and charged him with sexual acts with a seven-year-old, according to Spring City Police Chief Tony Kuklinski.

According to the criminal complaint, Enderle, of 312 Chestnut Street, is charged with aggravated indecent assault where the complainant is less than 13 years old, and indecent assault with a person less than 13 years of age, both allegedly having occurred on or around Aug. 12.

According to a court document, Enderle is also charged with luring a child into a motor vehicle, corruption of minors, indecent exposure, and endangering the welfare of children.

According to a court document Enderly was unable to post bail today, which was set at $150,000.00, and is being held in Chester County Prison.  His preliminary hearing is set for Aug. 22 in front of Phoenixville District Court Judge Theodore Michaels, who presided over today’s arraignment.
