Thank you Maria & Carlin and again I am deeply sorry for your loss. And you are right Carlin, 100%. It's unreal how naive and oblivious people are anymore :(

Can't help but wonder who dropped the ball on this? I understand a law enforcement officer too lost his life that same day. That too was a horrific tragedy, and my heart goes out to his family, friends and fellow officers. But meanwhile no one has been brought to justice,...and yet my step-dad is still very much dead. Six months later,......it makes me go hmmmmmmmm

I know its late but you all wrong. Police reports prove that he was not texting. Oh how quick you are all to judge people. The guy had a heart attack and drove into my cousins lane.

No, he didn't. There were witnesses. No one is assuming anything. The couple in front managed to swerve out of their own lane to miss getting hit by your cousin,....my father wasn't so lucky. Sounds to me like you're the one judging,...just sayin'

By the way Carl Happy Father's Day! It was our first without our father. Hope you enjoyed yours. Funny you picked such a day to dispute your cousins case, Hmmm
