No Victims, Suspects After Early Morning Shots Fired At Elm Street, Police Say
Police found 20 shell casings.
On Saturday, Nov. 9 Norristown police responded around 3:17 a.m. to a call about shots that were fired in the location of Elm Street and Green Street, say police.
Officers found 20 shell casings on the street. At 11:20 a.m. on Saturday there were no victims or suspects identified, and no property damage that was found.
