Norristown Man Arrested for Prescription Fraud

PRESCRIPTION FRAUD: On July 16 at 5 p.m., a male and female dropped off a prescription at the CVS on Dekalb Pike, but the pharmacist believed it to be fraudulent. The pharmacist then confirmed the fraudulent script with the doctor whose name was on the prescription, police said.

Anthony Clay, 22, of the unit block of Stanbridge Street, Norristown, and Crystal Troutman, 30, of the 400 block of Franklin Street, Lansdale, were arrested for prescription fraud.
