Passenger Nabbed on Norristown Terroristic Threats Warrant by Whitpain Cops

Jose Ramirez, 21, of Norristown, had two warrants out against him from Norristown Borough and Montgomery County, police said. The driver, Vanessa Andia, 20, of Penllyn, was cited for speeding.

A passenger in a maroon Pathfinder, whose driver was stopped in Whitpain Township for alleged speeding, was taken in by police on an outstanding Norristown Borough Police warrant and a Montgomery County probation violation warrant, police said.

Jose Ramirez, 21, of the 1000 block of Cherry Street, Norristown, was arrested at a traffic stop at North Wales Road and Spring Creek Drive Oct. 29, police said. It was revealed Ramirez had a Norristown Borough warrant for terroristic threats, in addition to the probation violation warrant, police said.

Ramirez was taken into custody and released to Montgomery County Sheriffs.
 
The driver of the Pathfinder, Vanessa Andia, 20, of Penllyn, was cited for driving under suspension and speeding, police said.
