Pest Control Peddler Permitless in Whitpain: Cops

A Bridgeport man's alleged door-to-door solicitation for a pest control company was zapped by Whitpain Township Police last month.
Police said Stephen Collings, 21, of the 400 block of East Fourth Street, was cited for soliciting without a permit.
Police were called for a suspicious person on the 700 block of Broadmoor Drive in Blue Bell Country Club and allegedly found Collings soliciting door to door, police said.
