UPDATE:

Alleged “‘Swiss Cheese Pervert’” and Norristown resident Chris Pagano posted bail on Friday after being arrested Thursday afternoon by Philadelphia police at his home; he now faces charges for three separate alleged incidents in Philadelphia spanning 2013 to 2014.

Pagano was arrested after being accused of propositioning women around Philadelphia with swiss cheese. He posted 10 percent of a $30,000 bail early on Friday, according to NBC10.

According to court documents online, Pagano has three cases open in the Philadelphia courts, and is charged for three alleged incidents, one on Oct.14, 2014, and two on Jan. 5, 2014.

The documents reflect more charges added than originally anticipated. Pagano faces identical charges on the October case and for one of the January cases, specifically, indecent exposure, stalking, harassment and open lewdness. He is charged with one count of harassment for the other January charge.

Each of his cases lists his bail at 10% of $30,000.

His preliminary arraignment for the three cases was scheduled for 12:59 a.m. on Jan. 17.

According to online documents, his trial date for all three is currently scheduled for  Feb. 18.

Alleged “‘Swiss Cheese Pervert’” and Norristown resident Chris Pagano was arrested Thursday afternoon by Philadelphia police at his home and now faces charges for three separate alleged incidents in Philadelphia.

Pagano is alleged to have had interactions with three women on three separate occasions in Philadelphia, the first being Oct. 14, 2013 and the last being Jan. 5, 2014, with the second incident allegedly taking place between those two dates, a representative from the Philadelphia police Special Victims Unit (SVU) told Patch on Thursday evening.

It is alleged that Pagano, 41, drove up to the women and asked if they would like to receive payment for watching him place swiss cheese on his genitals.

Pagano faces one charge for each of the three incidents, totaling two counts of indecent exposure and one count of harassment.

As of Thursday evening, Pagano was still in police custody.

From here, he will have his preliminary arraignment and his bail will be set, said the SVU representative.

This is a sick predator and needs to be the criminal building at the state hospital for lots of help under lock and key. Just think if he approached a child with this issue and you can't tell me that he just got like this!!

He is going to realize the Swiss Cheese he had in his possession was a better than the Frumundah Cheese he will receive in jail!

I could understand it if he used provolone or mozzarella. He was out of his league with Swiss

To be honest, I hate this story and feel nothing but compassion for him and his family. What he "allegedly" did was symptomatic but doesn't come to the level of a rape or a shooting. I'm sorry, but the media coverage and the hooting and laughing make me a little sick.

Word on the street is it was American cheese before he had his way with it.

It's too "funny" to not make jokes about, but the women he approached aren't laughing at any of it. Something is horribly wrong here.

Wonder what he used to pay for the bail? http://www.sanctuarybailbonds.com

I personally would have gone with a warm brie.
