POSTED Jan. 16, 2014 AT 9:08 p.m.

Alleged “‘Swiss Cheese Pervert’” and Norristown resident Chris Pagano was arrested Thursday afternoon by Philadelphia police at his home and now faces charges for three separate alleged incidents in Philadelphia.

Pagano is alleged to have had interactions with three women on three separate occasions in Philadelphia, the first being Oct. 14, 2013 and the last being Jan. 5, 2014, with the second incident allegedly taking place between those two dates, a representative from the Philadelphia police Special Victims Unit (SVU) told Patch on Thursday evening.

It is alleged that Pagano, 41, drove up to the women and asked if they would like to receive payment for watching him place swiss cheese on his genitals.

Pagano faces one charge for each of the three incidents, totaling two counts of indecent exposure and one count of harassment.

As of Thursday evening, Pagano was still in police custody.

From here, he will have his preliminary arraignment and his bail will be set, said the SVU representative.
