Police Arrest Employee of Burglarized Dunkin’ Donuts, Say Police

The Norristown man has been charged in connection to the incident.

Following the burglary of a Dunkin’ Donuts at the 900 block of East Main Street in Norristown on Tuesday, Dec. 17, the municipality’s police force arrested one of the store’s employees and charged him, say Norristown police.

Aaron Gower, 20, of Norristown, was charged with burglary, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and criminal trespass, according to online court documents. He does not have a prior criminal history.

According to police, the burglary took place early in the morning of Dec. 17.

On Wednesday Gower was incarcerated in the Montgomery County Correctional Facility on in lieu of $10,000 unsecured bail, and, according to online court documents, was released on Thursday.
