Police found a man sleeping in front of the main entrance of a Church's Chicken in Norristown in such a way that people had to step over him to enter, say police.

Norristown police were dispatched to a restaurant where employees and patrons could not use the main entrance without having to step over a man who was sleeping there, say police.

Police left for a Church’s Chicken on the 200 block of West Main Street in Norristown on Sept. 21 around 9:30 a.m. to see about a person sleeping on the sidewalk there, according to a police report.
