The store security officer exited the store and stood in front of the man, who allegedly began to push the security officer. The security officer grabbed the bag, after which the man punched him in the face, released the bag and fled from the parking lot, going west on Chestnut St. and south on Willow St. say police.

The bag contained $101.41 worth of CVS merchandise, as well as socks that were not from CVS. Video surveillance evidence will be provided to police.
