Police: H&L Grocery in Norristown Robbed at Gunpoint
Police are seeking information about the suspect, who is a white man who wore a black jacket that has a white logo located at the upper left part of the jacket, police say.
Norristown police are asking the community to come forward with information about a robbery Wednesday night at a local grocery store.
The gunpoint robbery occurred at H&L Grocery at 1346 Arch St. in Norristown around 7:09 p.m., say Norristown police.
The suspect is a white man around 30 years old, who has a medium build and who is about 5 feet, 11 inches tall. He wore a black jacket with a white logo on the upper left part of the jacket, as well as a dark grey hood and a black scarf wrapped around that hood. The man also wore a knitted, winter hat that was ivory-colored and light-colored blur jeans with tan work boots, police say.

The man had a black semi-automatic handgun that had a silver-colored side, and he appeared to be left-handed, police said.
It is possible that he fled the scene in an older-model gold or tan Nissan Maxima with tinted windows.
