Police: Safe Reportedly Stolen From Alleged “‘Swiss Cheese Pervert’s’” Home
Norristown police say that the safe was later found and turned over to police.
Christopher Pagano, the Norristown resident and alleged “‘swiss cheese pervert’” who was arrested on Thursday under suspicion for propositioning women around Philadelphia with swiss cheese, was himself supposedly victimized after someone allegedly tried to take a safe from Pagano’s home Sunday evening.
At some point before 9:30 p.m. yesterday evening, it is alleged that someone removed a safe from Pagano’s house on the 500 block of Noble Street in Norristown, say Norristown police. Later, another person found the safe and brought it to police.
Pagano, who faces multiple charges for three Philadelphia court cases against him, had made bail on Friday but, at this point, information has not been released that could confirm whether he was at home when the alleged incident occurred.
