Reward Offered for Arrest of Lower Pottsgrove Homicide Suspect

A $5,000 reward is being offered for the apprehension of Andre 'Dre' Collier in connection with the May 5 homicide of Kareen Borowy.

A reward of $5,000 for the apprehension of Andre "Dre" Collier has been announced by Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman and the United States Marshal's Service, Violent Crimes Fugitive Task Force.

Collier is wanted in connection with the May 5 homicide of Kareem Borowy in Lower Pottsgrove Township.

As previously reported by Patch, Borowy was the victim of a home invasion, robbery and kidnapping earlier at his West Pottsgrove Township residence.

Collier is the only suspect still at large in connection with the murder. His alleged co-conspirators, Rasheed Teel, Charles "Cheese" Freeman, and Omar Miller have been apprehended and charged.

According to the release, Collier's last known address is the 500 block of Market Street in Philadelphia and is known to frequent the Pottstown area.

He is described as 5'8" and 165 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.

Andre Collier should be considered armed and dangerous and anyone with information about his whereabouts should contact the Montgomery County Detective Bureau at 610-278-3368 or the United State Marshal's Service at 866-865-8477.
