A Norristown teen was cited after being struck by a state police car in Worcester. The car had its emergency lights activated, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.

It happened on Friday, April 19 at approximately 9:15 p.m. The 17-year-old girl was reportedly traveling eastbound in a Chevrolet Cavalier on Germantown Pike near West Adair Drive in Worcester when she was struck by State Trooper Kevin Allison, 40, who was making a left onto West Adair Drive in a Pennsylvania State Police vehicle.

When an abulance, fire truck or cop car have their lights on THEY have the right of way. You have to pass a written portion to get your driver's license where this is clearly stated.

Spud, dont listen to H8Tr's comments. He has a real grudge with the police. He defends nearly every criminal. He's probably been locked up a few times.
