Three Vehicle Accident in West Norrriton Sends One to Hospital

Police are investigating the cause of the accident.

A call for help was made at 8:20 a.m. on Thursday after a serious, three-vehicle accident in West Norriton that sent one person to the hospital, according to a representative from Jefferson Fire Company.

West Norriton police and the fire company responded to the accident, which was earlier reported to have occurred on West Main Street and South Whitehall Road and then, later, on West Main Street and Highland Avenue.

Plymouth ambulance transported one person involved in the accident to the hospital.

Main Street was closed and then reopened before 11:45 a.m. West Norriton police are investigating.
