Vance Retiring From County Detectives
Montgomery County Chief Detective Oscar Vance has announced plans to retire in January to start a private detective agency in Norristown.
According to , Oscar Vance, Chief of Montgomery County Detectives, will be retiring in January to start his own private investigation agency here in Norristown – Vance Investigations and Corporate Solutions Inc. He plans to open an office on Cherry Street and also to create a non-profit to help improve police and community relations.
“This isn’t the end,” Vance told The Herald. “To me, this is the beginning.”
