Two of the store's employees followed Hicks, 31, out to her car, a blue 1992 Chevrolet Caprice with wood paneling. According to police, one of the employees had her hand on Hicks' driver's side door and was speaking to Hicks when Hicks "slammed her foot on the gas and sped away."
According to police, the car's door slammed shut and struck one of the employees in the elbow. There was also an unidentified man and a juvenile in the car.
Hicks was also arrested in September in East Norriton on felony drug charges, according to court documents.
