Jones, whose screaming caused a disturbance that people nearby came over to investigate, smelled of alcohol and spoke incoherently. Neighbors said that she attempted to come into their home without permission, say police.

Her family was allowed to take her away in a vehicle but some minutes later she returned on foot. Police then arrested her for persistent disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
