Montgomery County Commissioners Bruce Castor and Leslie Richards were in Norristown at a groundbreaking ceremony for the new parking lot expansion when news that Judge Robert Simpson upheld Pennsylvania's controversial Voter ID law requiring voters to present a valid photo ID at the polls in order to vote.
When they learned of the decision, Castor and Richards offered their thoughts on the news to Patch.

None of those points are relevant because voting is a constitutional right. So keep on pulling out your photo ID to buy condoms, borrow library books, buy pornography, or strap one on. Doesn't matter. Voter fraud has never been prosecuted or investigated in PA. Why??? Because it is illegal and it never happened.
