NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council Members of the Municipality of Norristown will conduct a Public Hearing on the following appeals:
Subdivision/Land Development for a property at 728 Astor Street and 301 West Oak Street owned by Oak and Astor LLC, 354 West Elm Street, Norristown. [Appeal requested by Joel Sandoval.]
Joel Sandoval is requesting subdivision and land development approval to consolidate four parcels into one parcel to convert a vacant industrial building into a retail grocery store and a restaurant with incidental storage space in the UDO II Zoning District.
Conditional Use Review for a property at 112 East Main Street owned by Li Xiang Zheng. [Appeal requested by De Sheng Zheng, China House, 38 2nd Street, Bridgeport, PA 19405.]
De Sheng Zheng is seeking a conditional use approval from Norristown Municipal Council, in accordance with section 320-43A (14)(c), mixed use residential. The use of both the restaurant and apartment in the TC- Town Center Zoning District requires approval from the Municipal Council.
The applicant, as well as all persons interested and/or wishing to be heard in this matter, must be present for the Norristown Planning Commission meeting to be held on Tuesday, July 10, at 7 p.m., and the Municipal Council meeting to be held on Tuesday, July 17, at 7:30 p.m., in council chambers at , 235 East Airy Street.
