$5.5M Trooper Road Home Tops Area Listings

A look at the priciest―and least expensive―houses in the area.

A $5.5 million, Gilded Age-era home in Worcester is the biggest ticket among the more than 280 homes for sale in the area, according to the listings on AOL Real Estate.

1545 N. Trooper Road was built in 1893. The Victorian style home with its distinctive spired turret had six bedrooms and five bathrooms. It's currently only being shown privately.

At the other end of the price spectrum is 614 Cherry Street in Norristown, a four bedroom, four bath fixer-upper that "needs rehab throughout," according to its property listing. It's offered at $39,900.
