Toll Brother Buys Curren Terrace for Almost $30 Million

Bruce E. Toll, one of the principals of luxury home builder Toll Brothers, purchased the Norristown apartment complex through his investment company, BET Investments Inc.

According to Philadelphia Business Journal, commercial real estate company BET Investments Inc., operated by Toll Brothers principal Bruce E. Toll, has purchased the 318-unit Curren Terrace Apartment Homes complex for $29.8 million or $93,700 per unit.

The apartment complex at 1101 New Hope Street is one of two recent apartment complexes purchased by the Horsham-based BET Investments Inc. The company reportedly purchased Chesterfield Apartments, a 247-unit building in Levittown for $25 million in September. According to Philadelphia Business Journal, the company is expanding it's apartment holdings in the area lately.
