3 Norristown Area School District Board Directors Honored for Service
Board directors Denise Ashe, Albert Mauthe and E. Pearl Smith were honored for their service to a state education organization.
Three Norristown Area School District board directors were recognized at the district’s Monday night board meeting for their years of service to the Pennsylvania School Board Association (PSBA) by superintendent Janet Samuels and board president Pamela Assenmacher.
All three of the directors received a certificate, Denise Ashe for her 12 years of service, E. Pearl Smith for her 12 years of service, and Albert Mauthe for his eight years of service, at the meeting, which was held at the district office in Norristown.
PSBA is a not-for-profit organization consisting of Pennsylvania public school school boards, founded in 1895, according to their website.
