Gotwals Elementary's Anti-Bully Rally at Montgomery County Courthouse

Gotwals students participated in the national Million T-Shirt March last week ending with a rally at Montgomery County Courthouse.

On Thursday, May 17,  students and staff members marched from their School at Swede and Oak streets to the as part of the national Million T-Shirt March Against Bullying

The march was part of a movement to create “the nation’s largest and most ambitious anti-bullying rally ever attempted.”  

The march was sponsored by Gotwals Elementary, Family Services/Norristown Area Communities That Care for Youth, Continental Bank, Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman and Sheriff Eileen Whalon Behr. Other event sponsors and supporters include Judge Garrett Page, Chick-fil-A,  and TD Bank.
