Norristown Lax Loses to UM, Beats Conwell-Egan
Norristown High's Varsity Boys' lacrosse team wins some and loses some.
According to Varsity Boys' Lacrosse Coach Jeff Calhoun, the Eagles hosted Upper Merion on Tuesday, March 27, and fell to the Vikings, 10-5.
Scorers for Norristown include Sean Calhoun with 2 goals and 1 assist, Jesse Prante with 1 goal and 1 assist, and Eric Sylvester and Drew Baltrus with 1 goal each. Mike Malloy racked up 18 saves.
On Wednesday, March 28, Norristown hosted the Conwell-Egan Catholic High School Eagles and came out victorious, 9-6. Norristown scorers were Sean Calhoun with 3 goals and 2 assists, Jesse Prante with 3 goals and 1 assist, Justin Roccia with 2 goals and 2 assists, Drew Baltrus with 1 goal and 1 assist and Eric Sylvester with 1 assist.

The Junior Varsity also won the day, 7-6. JV scorers include Tyeler Kingkiener and Mike Smith with 2 goals each, Kevin Colon, Mike Cullen and Mikean Robinson with 1 goal each.
