Going through this store has been the biggest disappointment of my life! I will tell everyone I can to avoid this place. Through facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, word of mouth and any way possible, I will warn people to stay away from the Jewelry Exchange/Factory. Steve at the store is a rude, unprofessional fool. The customer service is horrible! They treat customers like crap. I will not stop warning people from here on out. The reviews sites are going to be loaded too. Marie, a manager at corporate, is the most incompetent, rude, horrible excuse for a human being. She needs to retrained on how to deal with customer complaints and needs an overall attitude adjustment. Marie at corporate, is a total waste.
