This practice is behind the times. A surgeon there did my surgery. When he left the practice, I needed a followup visit. Just to get my charts re-sent would take a physical visit there (which I cannot do) and 10 to 15 days to get the records. I had this impression when I had my surgery; this poor treatment confirms it. Not patient-oriented, definitely not computer-saavy and not worth your time. Find another practice!!!
