The food is delish. The milkshakes are amazing!!! The staff could not be more friendly. The prices are excellent. Should move to a better part of town.
you have to be kiding me, with this report. This place is in a terrible part of town, drug dealers stadn on the corner all day. I would never eat there.

Jules may be in a bad part of town, but the staff is awesome, the food is excellent and the prices are right. Their lemonade and milkshakes are to die for. Yeah, I wish it could be in a better part of town, but I don't worry about because I am afraid to walk past the "dealers" and other hood rats as mentioned at by other posters.
