Police: Motorist Caught with Secret ‘007’ Stash of Heroin
Lower Providence Police reportedly found "007"-branded heroin in a motorist’s vehicle.
According to Lower Providence Police, 24-year-old Richard Marshall Leibried, Jr. was pulled over for erratic driving and found to be in possession of several small bags of heroin, each stamped with “007,” as well as a needle in his sock. Leibried, of the 1700 block of Meadowview Lane in Mont Clare, Pa., was charged with driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and other related charges. According to police, on Dec. 14, at approximately 8 p.m., Cpl.
