In honor of winning our Readers' Choice competition for Best Happy Hour, Chap's Taproom is giving away free happy hours to some lucky customers.
No one was too surprised last week when Chap's Taproom won our Reader's Choice vote for Best Happy Hour. To celebrate the big win, the folks at Chap's are giving away a few free happy hours so even more folks can see just how happy their hours are. So what do you get with a free happy hour? How about this a pool table for two hours, a Chap's appetizer sampler tray and chips and salsa for you and your friends. To enter send your name, your company's name, your phone number and your address to firstname.lastname@example.org. And tell them Norristown Patch sent you! (You don't actually have to tell them that to win, we just wanted you to say hi to them for us.) --- Related Stories

We'll be stopping by Chap's Taproom soon to present them with a certificate for the awesome powers of happy hour-tude. (We …

This week we're looking for our area's best Happy Hour and this time, it's personal – we actually need to find a happy hour spot of our own, so we're hoping to get some ideas. We've heard great things about Chap's Taproom, the Beagle Tavern, Steppy's, the Peanut Gallery, the Black Horse Tavern and La Poblanita, but we want to know where you go. Where does everybody know your name? No unreliable poll to deal with this time – just vote for your favorite by giving them a shout out in the comments below. Did we not name check your favorite spot? Just tell us below. You have until 9 a.m. Friday to vote for your favorite. We'll add …
