Indecent Exposure, Masturbator Case Brings LP, UP Police Together

Local authorities are searching for a man who has exposed himself, masturbated in public before walkers in both townships.

After five reported cases, the area's police are working together to find a man that has been exposing himself in public. Lower Providence and Upper Providence Township Police Departments are investigating five reported incidents of indecent exposure occurring between April 6 and May 12 in both Lower Providence or Upper Providence townships. The incidents have occurred in the late afternoon and early evening as area residents walk along roads or trails, according to police. Each of the five reports were filed as having happened between 3:20 and 7:25 p.m. Police say that the man would be in place prior to the walkers approaching, jump out of his vehicle without any pants on, or with his pants pulled down. Lower Providence Man Sentenced for Indecent Exposure

Twenty five year old Kiel Jeffers is banned from the Audubon Ale House after exposing himself to customers there.

According to The Times Herald, a Lower Providence man has pleaded guilty this week to an indecent exposure charge for flashing his genitals to patrons at the Audubon Ale House. Kiel E. Jeffers, 25, was reportedly sentenced by a Montgomery County judge to two years’ probation and 24 hours of community service. The incident occurred March 11, when Lower Providence Police responded the Audubon Ale House for a report of a male exposing himself to patrons. While the report states that the Jeffers was not at the bar upon police arrival, several witnesses told police that Jeffers exposed his genitals to several witnesses. Norristown Man Arrested for Exposing Himself in Public

Adam Oliver, 27, allegedly dropped his pants and engaged in a lewd act in front of a code enforcement official and another witness.

According to a report from the norristown Police Department, a Norristown man was arrested last week after he allegedly exposed himself in public and masturbated in front of two witnesses. Police say 27-year-old Adam Oliver, of the 600 block of Moore Street, approached a Norristown Code Enforcement official and another witness in the 200 block of East Oak Street shortly after 11 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 25 while the two were conducting a building inspection on a property there. The witnesses told police that Oliver walked up behind one of the witnesses, dropped his pants, exposed himself and began to masturbate in front of them. Serial Masturbator Suspect Waives Charges

Gerald Boyce Jr., of the 600 block of Wissahickon Avenue, Lansdale, on Thursday afternoon waived all charges against him during a preliminary hearing before District Judge Harold Borek to arraignment at the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas in July. Boyce will be arraigned in county court on July 18 at 9:30 a.m. Boyce is a suspect in five public masturbation incidents wherein eight of the 10 victims were underage. Boyce, 40, the father of an 8-year-old daughter, is suspected of being the serial masturbator that has been targeting teenage girls and women in and around Lansdale train station since June 2011, according to police. Lansdale Police Nab Suspected Serial Masturbator

Gerald Boyce Jr. was caught in the act near the Lansdale train station and is being charged in connection with five similar incidents where a man was seen masturbating in front of teenage girls and women.

  Gerald Boyce Jr., Lansdale resident and father of an 8-year-old daughter, is allegedly the serial masturbator that has been targeting teenage girls and women in and around Lansdale train station since June 2011, according to police. Boyce, 40, of the 600 block of Wissahickon Avenue, Lansdale, (near Penndale School) was arrested in the act by a plainsclothes Lansdale officer May 14 in the rear lot of Lansdale train station, according to court documents. He matches the description and a sketch given by victims on five different occasions, police said. Norristown Man Involved in Indecent Exposure Incident in Whitemarsh

Whitemarsh Police discovered the man sitting in his car with his penis exposed.

Whitemarsh Police cited a Norristown man for an alleged indecent exposure on Saturday, Aug. 27, according to reports from the department. Police received a call about a suspicious man in the parking lot of the Whitemarsh Shopping Center near the Panera Bread restaurant at approximately 1:20 p.m. Officers responding to the scene found a 32-year-old Norristown man parked facing the front of the Panera. The man was observed with his penis out of his pants, according to reports. Police also found a glass pipe and a small amount of marijuana in the man's car. Witnesses say they saw the man smoke what appeared to be drugs and then sit in his car in front of the store before police arrived.
