With new items, menu changes, and more on the way, the Blue Route Taco Truck opened on Monday, March 18 for the season.

The Blue Route Taco Truck at Whole Foods Plymouth Meeting, opened for the season Monday, March 18. The popular lunch truck, positioned on the roof of the organic grocery store, is currently only open for lunch, with hours 11 a.m. until 2 p.m., and is weather dependent. Young Entrepreneur Debuts Beer 'Fusion Tower' at Local Whole Foods

Combining beer with fresh ingredients, the product is poised for a breakthrough.

For 22-year-old Matt Kyle, the classic entrepreneurial timeline is almost complete. Sell your car for startup cash? Check. Drop out of college? Check. Build the prototype of an innovative product in Mom's basement? Check. Now all he needs is that elusive "watch your product's popularity skyrocket and take your bank account with" part. But if it does occur, it will have all started in the Plymouth Meeting Whole Foods. That's where you'll currently find Kyle's invention, the Fusion Tower – an upside-down, J-shaped metal tube that infuses fresh ingredients with draft beer to create a twist on your favorite suds. "The concept is very simple," says Kyle, a Bucks County native. "You take any ingredient, mix it with beer, and that ingredient gets…

Whole Foods representative Amy Chidichimo said the Plymouth Meeting store – which is one of several in the Philadelphia region that are participating – will have employees stationed outside to help would-be recyclers unload their cars, but emphasized that the event will be first come, first served. "Once all of our collection bins are full for the day we have to stop. So I would encourage people to get there early," she said. "The earlier…
