First in Norristown, then in Limerick, Terrence Fuller tried to sell cocaine to undercover police officers.
A Norristown man will be imprisoned for up to 10 years after a series of drug sales to undercover police operatives. The Times Herald reports that Terrence Fuller was already on parole for prior drug convictions when he sold cocaine to undercover officers in the parking lot of a Walgreens pharmacy on Main Street in Norristown in spring of 2011. A few days later, he stepped into another undercover officer's car in the parking lot of an Applebee's restaurant in Limerick Township to complete a third sale. State police moved in and arrested him. When he was taken into custody, Fuller was in possession of more than 40 grams of cocaine. His conviction on Jan. 25 came at the end of a three-day jury trial.

Police reports say woman, 36, was in possession of cocaine.
According to the Whitpain Township Police, on June 8 at 12:05 p.m., a green Lincoln was stopped by police along Dekalb Pike, at the entrance of Blue Bell Springs. The subject was allegedly pulled over for a vehicle violaton, according to police. During the stop, the investigating officers noticed the presence of cocaine, assorted scales, tools and packing supplies in the vehicle. Passenger Danielle Leach, 36, of the 1100 block of W. Airy St., Norristown, was arressted as a result for Possession of Cocaine with the Intent to Deliver, Possession of Paraphernalia and Disorderly Conduct, according to the police report. The Times Herald reports that a Norristown man has been arrested for allegedly punching a woman in the face and robbing her of $70 near Main and Chain streets early Saturday morning. Marty Gill, 34, of the 600 block of Astor Street, was apprehended by police after he was seen fleeing the scene and was positively identified by the victim. An officer discovered a small bag of cocaine and some of the victim's hair attached to Gill's stolen money. The Herald also reports about an armed robbery that occurred late Sunday night on West Marshall Street. According to police reports, Kenneth Jones, 26, fled from police responding to a call at Riverside Apartments yesterday.
According to reports from the Norristown Police Department, officers responded to a call of a domestic disturbance at Riverside Apartments, 104 Schuylkill Ave., Wednesday at 11:20 a.m. Officers made contact with a male and female who had just broken up. The woman claimed that her ex-boyfriend, Kenneth Jones, of 303 Eighth St. in Bridgeport, had burglarized her apartment and stolen her television. Officers informed Jones that they were engaged in an official investigation and asked him to identify himself. Jones allegedly identified himself as "Keith Jones" and offered additional biographical information to support his assertion. One by one they came in front of District Court Judge William Maruszczak, who was presiding in Courtoom 6 of the Montgomery County Courthouse in Norristown, instead of his usual, and way too small, District Court 38-1-09 courtroom. All but one of 27 defendants—some representing themselves, some with public defenders, and some with high-profile, high-priced defense lawyers—agreed to waive their right to a preliminary hearing on the charges against them. The remaining defendant, who also waived a preliminary hearing, did not appear in the courtroom.
