Missing 13-Year-Old Located by Police

Tatiana Melendez was found and released into the custody of her father.

UPDATE: [3/17/13; 2:15 a.m.] Norristown Police confirm that 13-year-old Tatiana Melendez, who went missing Friday afternoon, was located by officers Saturday evening and released into the custody of her father. Missing 8-Year-Old Girl Found

The girl walked away from her family, but is now safe.

The 8-year-old Norristown girl police had been searching for Monday evening has been found and returned to her family. The girl is reportedly safe and sound. Police were looking for her after she walked away from her family sometime around 5:30 p.m Monday. Authorities have not identified the girl or revealed where she was located. --- Original story: Police are currently searching for a missing 8-year-old girl who wandered away form her mother.  She was last seen walking in the area of Knox Street and Stanbridge Street in Norristown. Missing Since Monday, 14-Year-Old Philadelphia Girl Still Not Found

Police issued an alert via Montgomery County's ReadyNotify PA

According to an alert provided by Montgomery County's ReadyNotify PA system, a 14-year-old girl who has been missing since Monday is now considered an "endangered" missing child. Chelsea Ramsey-Jones, 14, of Philadelphia, went missing on Monday, Jan. 14. According to iRadioPhilly.com, she went missing after she did not return home after a day of school at Barry Elementary School. She is a resident of the 100 block of North 60th Street. Anyone with information should contact the Philadelphia Police Department at 215-686-3183. UPDATE: Missing Philadelphia Girl Found

Nailla Robinson was taken out of her school Monday morning by an unidentified woman.

Last updated Tuesday 8:45 a.m. Nailla Robinson has been found safe. NBC Philadelphia reports that the child was located early this morning at a playground in Upper Darby. A passerby heard her cries for help as he was on his way to work. She is being evaluated at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Earlier story below. According to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, an Amber Alert has been issued for Nailla Robinson, 5, of Philadelphia. Coroner: Venna Grandmother's Death a Homicide

Satyavathi Venna died from multiple 'incisive stab wounds.'

The death of Satyavathi Venna, grandmother to missing 10-month-old Saanvi Venna, has officially been ruled a homicide. PhillyBurbs.com reported that the elder Venna died from multiple "incisive wounds" to the neck and chest, possibly caused by the cutting edge of a knife, according to Montgomery County Coroner Dr. Walter I. Hofman. The autopsy was reportedly performed Tuesday. Hofman told CBS Philadelphia that the coroner's office spent Tuesday and Wednesday performing investigative work at the murder scene in the Marquis Apartments in King of Prussia. The coroner's ruling emerged as the reward for information leading to Saanvi Venna's recovery was raised from $30,000 to $50,000. The family's relatives in the Guntur district of India …
