Felony criminal mischief with intent to damage property was held over for Montgomery County court Tuesday against William James Morris, 27, of Norristown, accused of causing more than $5,000 in damage to the interior of a Wawa in Towamencin in October 2012. Other misdemeanor and summary charges were held at the Lansdale preliminary hearing in connection with the incident at the Wawa at Forty Foot Road and Sumneytown Pike on Oct. 26: Four counts of misdemeanor terroristic threats, a misdemeanor marijuana possession charge, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct, according to court records.
