Don Benn, Neighbor

I'm Don Benn. I've done a lot of "stuff" in the past 60+ years.....most it it very dull, some of it mildly interesting, and a (very) tiny portion of it just might be considered to be "exciting". Somehow, despite living (and surviving) a Philly-styled version of a Dickens childhood, I've managed to avoid the cemetery, the jailhouse, or an occupation requiring me to wear a paper hat or employ a squeegee as my main source of income.

I've gone to school (even graduated from a bunch of 'em), worked in a variety of professions, traveled the world, raised a family, fought (and beat) the worse types of physical injuries and illness's I can think of, rubbed elbows with the rich and famous (most of them are just like you and I), and through political (NOT PARTISAN) involvement, civic and social volunteerism, picking up my dogs' poop, and trying my best not to be too big of an a--hole......I try to make the world a tiny bit better (or at least not make it any worse) every single day.
