Well, I believe that not only will Toomey and Corbett be one-termers but Rafferty and Vereb are in trouble too.
Vereb was seen blessing himself after a young unknown woman from Norristown gave him a ride.

ReplyDr. Quinn was not an alleged administrator, he was an administrator in fact, who was caught sniffing Dr. Barrie's panties causing an imbroglio within the district, that ultimately resulted in rehiring Jeffrey Miller. Uggggh!

ReplyIt is inconceivable that Methacton School Board even considered rehiring this bozo, from so many perspectives.
Jeffrey Miller openly disrespected and undermined teaching staff and principals even in front of students. He was a visibly disruptive influence in the schools. When he retired the staff that were'nt holding open the door, were handing him his hat.
It was Jeffrey Miller who proposed the bizarro world Skyview Upper Elementary School, which has been a wreck for the students, forcing 10 year old kids to middle school expectations. It as unnecessarily increased our taxes and the man was long gone before its completion.
Jeffrey Miller is an openly arrogant and unresponsive person. During the last graduation he presided over, Jeffrey Miller was evidently abandoned by staff and students. He wandered the grounds of the high school aimlessly and no one, absolutely no one spoke to him or approached his for the hours he was there.
This is an indictment of poor judgement on the part of Methacton School Board and should be considered during the next elections.

ReplyCouncil really needs to takes it time with this police chief thing. First they have to define what a police chief is and does. Then they have to think about it. That followed by more inaction.
Willie Richet can serve well into his 80's so there is no urgency whatsoever. Forget about the crime in Norristown. Just take your time.

ReplyLet's see, Lisa Mossie is an Upper Providence Township Supervisor and Janice Kearney is a wannabe Lower Providence Township Supervisor who would like to unseat an incumbent.
Yes, this seems like an impartial reporting of the issue.
The main difference for those who are interested is that the Lower Providence side is people's backyards while the Upper Providence side is not. So of course it makes sense to Lisa and Janice that it go through people's backyards.
Just not theirs.

ReplyStarting on Feb. 11 and lasting for approximately two weeks, crews will work weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. to remove trees from alongside Markley Street to make way for the relocation of utility poles.

Yest Virginia, there is a Santa Claus.
However selling drugs and bootleg DVD's, and prostitution is not job creation.
You can't revitalize Norristown with tatto parlors, smoke shops, bail bondsmen, taco stands, laundromats, and pedi/mani nail shops.
Norristown is the county seat.
A suggestion for Sonya and Derrick. Take a stroll around Doylestown, Media and West Chester. Then take a stroll around Ambler and Conshohocken.
Come back with ideas.
