Ron came out and stated "you need a new ignitor" replaced it and then told me the oven did not work. when told the gas valve was not on because the safety valve fell off we were told it would take to long to fix. gave us a bill that stated " unrepairable" took the new and old ignitor and all the screws that hold it together and left. another repair company was happy to come and fix our oven. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME A TOMS
