Alleged Shotgun Robbery on Halloween Night, Say Police

Two victims faced a suspect with a shotgun who demanded their valuables, police say.

West Norriton Police received a report of an armed robbery at the Middleton Place Townhouses on Thursday night, according to Police Chief Dale Mabry.

Two alleged victims told police that they were walking through the complex around 11 p.m., which is off of North Whitehall Road in West Norriton, when two actors came towards them, say police. One of the actors is said to have angled a shotgun towards the two victims and directed them to hand over any valuable property, according to police.

One victim relinquished cash; the actors then walked through the complex in a southerly direction and were not seen after that, say police.
